"I don't know. I'm going to look in the spirit book." Melody ran to her house, got the book, and ran back. "Okay. The book says..." She read for a few moments and started reading aloud. "The element royalties will visit a wizard in Legend Town. They will get information on how to defeat the spirits. Then they will return to their town and train, and in 3 months the time spirit will appear in the earth prince's town." She looked up. "This page wasn't here before. I guess it adds new pages when we progress. So when we're battling the time spirit, the book will have to spell. It's not in here. There's a time spirit page, but no spell."

 

[Midoriya]

"If he has info about how to defeat the prime spirits then I trust him. I think we should pay him a visit." ACE said.

 

[Elijo]

[Dandie]

"Okay! I'll go get my mom and start packing. The book says Legend Town is only a few hours away, so we could leave tomorrow. Bye!" Melody walked to her house. Her mom ran up to her. "Are you okay!? I heard the voice and I was so worried!" Her mom hugged her. "I'm fine. It was a test. We're leaving for Legend Town tomorrow to fine out about the spirits we have to defeat. I'll pack our stuff. How about you make dinner? I'm starving after fighting about 50 people." Melody sat on the couch and watched the news on her big robo-TV. "Breaking news! A blimp was floating over our town about 5 minutes ago and-" Melody changed the channel. "-love you, Oliv-click-Octonauts! Save that trapped sea cr-click-remorse, Tom. Remorse. Your one last chance." Harry Potter was on the screen. Melody watched until the end of the movie and dinner was ready. She ate, said goodnight to her mom, and fell asleep, the spirit book and the forest book on her bedside table.

(Octonauts, lol. So annoying! They're mammals living underwater that make friends with sharks. Really, people? Really? )

 

[Midoriya]

The next day they got on the train, and a couple hours later they arrived in Legend Town. ACE's jaw dropped. Everything in the town was made out of gold. There was a temple at the end of the town, with a banner that had Shady's face on it. "I guess we should head to the temple." ACE said.

 

[Dandie]

Melody stood there, her mouth open. "OH. MY. GOSH." She looked at ACE. "Yeah." She started walking towards the temple.

 

[Midoriya]

Inside the temple was Shady, sitting on a throne. "Welcome." He said. He got up and walked over to them. "So, here's a book with each of the prime spirits' weaknesses." He announced, handing the book to Melody.

 

[Dandie]

Melody took the book. It was grey, with a lock on the front. "Only the element royalties can open the book." Shady said. Melody opened it. It was just like the other book, except the weaknesses were inside. She noticed the other book was gone. "The other book's gone because you don't need it anymore, this book is the same with the weaknesses added." Shady said.

 

[Midoriya]

"Well, read it. Go on melody, go on." (XD)

 

[Dandie]

(LAWLZ.)

Melody looked at the book and read, "The time spirit's weakness is this spell. I can't read it, it looks like gibberish to me. I guess only ACE can read it. Okay, so..." She continued reading. "It says in three months the time spirit will attack ACE`s town. Only he can say the spell and defeat the spirit. But at a cost. ACE won't die, but he will have an injury that will be permanent."

 

[Midoriya]

"What does it say about the other five?" ACE asked.

 

[Dandie]

Melody flipped some pages. "It doesn't say anything except what the other book said. I guess it adds more as we progress." She closed the book.

 

[Midoriya]

"Well that was a huge waste of time. We didn't learn anything new." As the four were about to walk out of the temple, Shady raised his hand. "Stop. I have something to reveal to you. I know all of this because I am the fifth, original element of royalty. I control fire." He said. He threw his cape off and it revealed his true self. He was in a golden suit, with a skeleton skull for his head that was on fire. He threw five blasts of fire into the air that exploded into fireworks. "Not only that, but I will be your mentor for the battles to come. You all have much to learn, and have barely scratched the potential of your powers. Allow me to move to Song Town to complete your team." He added.
"It's true. The book says he is more skilled than all of us, and even though he doesn't marry anyone, he mentors us for every battle we have from here on." ACE said, reading the book. ACE closed the book. "Okay then, follow us, mentor." ACE added. Shady lead the four to five cannons in the side of the temple. Everyone hopped in a cannon, and was shot all the way back to SongTown. They landed in the middle of the town with a thud. "Tomorrow is your first day of training. I expect you all to be ready at the northwest edge of town at 5:00 A.M., sharp." Shady said. He left to the shopping district and talked to Tom Nook about a house for him.

 

[Dandie]

Before they landed, Melody made the grass thick and soft. She put it back to normal again and said, "5am? Come on!" She groaned. The next morning, Melody came to the spot 5 minutes late. "Hello guys."

 

[Midoriya]

"You're late." Shady said, whacking Melody on the hand with a ruler.
"Okay, now that everyone's here, I will explain the first test. Take this rock from my hand." Shady added. A sphere of fire covered him and his whole suit caught on fire with a rock in his hand. A temple rose from the ground that was booby trapped and shaped as a maze around him. Around that rose a training course that had to be completed in a certain order with drones, pits, and a wall. Around that rose ten rows of spikes that was impossibly to even fly over.
"Begin." He called out from inside the whole structure.

 

[Dandie]

(Lol.)

"Ow." Melody said. She started the course. She got past the spikes easily, as her feet were small. She vine whipped the drones, made a sunflower bridge over the pit, and grappling hooked the wall with a vine. She entered the temple, she was ahead of everyone. Melody used her powers to make a flower where she had already gone in the maze, and hopped over the booty traps. She reached the center first. "First one to finish!" She said, punching her fist in the air. She saw Shady, and used a vine to take the rock.

 

[Midoriya]

"Oh, but you forgot to take the rock. That's when you finish." Shady said. ACE flew into the center of the maze, reaching to grab the rock. Shady moved his hand to the side and ACE crashed into the wall.
"Lesson one. Regardless of achievement, never forget your goal." Shady added.
The rock grew legs and hopped back into Shady's hand. "Looks like you still haven't learned the lesson." Shady added. His rock grew into a monster-sized rock monster with a face, two arms, and two legs. It jumped on Melody and sat on her, whistling.

 

[Dandie]

Melody grinned. She had used her powers to dig a hole as fast as a fox, and the boulder fell in. Melody popped out a few feet away and touched the rock. "Got it."

 

[Midoriya]

The rock jumped out of the hole, as it was way too big to fit in it. ACE used his drill tornado to drill it until it was nothing.
"ACE wins the first lesson. I did not say to grab the rock from my hand, I said to take it, as in take it's life from my care." Shady said. The whole structure went back into the ground.
"Alright, follow me to the next step." Shady added, walking. They came to a cliff that had another cliff on the other side. A square bridge was over it. The bridge was only a hologram though. The true path across lit up, and then it all turned grey again. "Memory is a key factor to balance, for if we do not learn from our mistakes, we are doomed to repeat our past." Shady said.
"Now, walk across to the other side. If you don't remember the path that was lit, then you'll fall into some spikes. Oh, did I mention that it changes every two minutes?" Shady announced. He teleported to the other side, waiting for them.

 

[Dandie]

"Aww." Melody shrugged it off. She got to the next room and smiled. She ran across the bridge, not falling.
