Hello, fellow TBTer! Do you want to know how to avoid getting banned for no reason? Well, I can tell you the simple solution on not getting banned. First go to http://www.nintendo.com/consumer/info/en_na/docs.jsp then go to Nintendo Account & My Nintendo. Each of the things under Nintendo Account & My Nintendo is in the Code of Conduct of Miiverse except it's where talking about Roms is not allowed. For example, the Nintendo Network Code of Conduct(not Miiverse) says you can not say bot or roms as using roms is usually illegal. You can also read the Nintendo Network Sevices Agreement which is the main thing the admin bot uses. Although, the Nintendo Network Services Agreement is very long. You can find the NNSA in NNID settings. That's all!
