Most underrated personality?

I feel like there's so many threads about underrated villagers, but the personalities themselves don't get much attention. I feel like I love peppies so much (they're literally my fave ever), but crankies need some love. I mean, what's not to love about a grouchy old man? I'm curious to see what personality you think is underrated.

I feel like Im the only one who likes Jock villagers Esspecially their dialogue. Kid Kat is my only one, and my favorite.

I think its cute how they always want to exercise, and their talks with my other villagers are probably my favorites. Esspecially with one of my two lazies!

Either braging about Abs he doesnt have, wanting to go on a picnic, or my favorite: going for a run around the island xD But honestly, I love the dialogue with all of my others. Tries to order the snooties around, but they end up ordering him around lol. Love him and Olivia's convos. So funny. Though I have two snooties now.

Jocks need more love!

Snootys maybe. In New Horizons, They are so calm, very well-spoken, and polite and they are very nice. ( I talked to my Snooty Villager Blaire a lot and She gave me her picture)

I LOVE JOCKS. They literally Naruto Run around the Island. ( I guess the jocks watch Naruto). They also share my interest in sports. I love sports. I have two jocks on my island. Flip and Sheldon. I see Sheldon naruto run a lot.I also have Sheldon's picture.

Most underrated villager personality category?

Uchi. (Or…Sisterly.)

I suggest Plucky is underrated. I have her on my main island, Óhana, and she fits with an island and is a very pleasant character.

Who also deserves more recognition is Reneigh, also on my main island, who is one of the eight villagers new since Day #01 of Animal Crossing: New Horizons.

Frita, thanks to being a food-themed-friendly villager, is a good one. So are Pashmina, Cherry, Shari, Katt, Deirdre, Muffy, Agnes and, my top pick, Phoebe. (I don’t want to name all. That can be distracting.)

Uchi is a nurturing and sensitive villager personality category. The villagers in this personality category can be underrated, yes, but also underappreciated.

Sisterly, and it's actually my favorite. I feel like sisterly is over looked often because the designs of most of them are described as "ugly" by multiple people. There is always someone out there who will say they are ugly. And there aren't very many sisterly compared to other personalities.
Hopefully with time we will get more and less normals.

Cranky has always been my favorite personality, but I don't see a ton of people whose favorite villager is cranky. (Mine is, and it's Apollo!) It's usually the smug and lazy villagers who are at the top when it comes to popular villagers, but there aren't much cranky villagers on those lists. People complained that they were too rude/mean in older AC games, then complained that they were too nice in later games starting in NL. But I think they're endearing, and there's a ton of great cranky villagers. Some of my personal favorites are Apollo, Fang, Murphy, and Butch. ^^

Jocks. They always get shafted for being muscle-heads in this game. Jocks were better in older games. But despite that, they're still one of my favorite personalities along with Cranky and Lazy. I also have tons of favorites -- Sterling, Rudy, Rod, Kid Cat, Leonardo, Pierce, Snake, Poncho, Louie, Bam, etc.

I like the jocks mainly because a lot of the cuter ones sound hilarious when they're talking about their muscles (take for example, my jock Scoot). I think my least favourite one would be the lazy personality. I don't like how often they talk about bugs.

I love sisterly villagers omg. The normal and peppy ones are very sweet, but the sisterly ones bring a lot of no-nonsense fun to the table. Yes, they can be rough around the edges, but they truly care about you with their relaxation tips. I’m a sucker for tough love, I guess.

I think Sisterly villagers don't tend to be super popular but they're the best! I loved the Uchi personality in NH and now. They're just really fun.

I'm not sure that Snooties are underrated but I like their understated but sophisticated vibe.

Jocks were kind of one-note to me in NL but I like them now, people should definitely give them a chance even if they didn't like them before.

I really would want to say, for me, that normal villagers are pretty underrated. I've only had Coco, Skye, Caroline, and Olive as residents on my islands for extended periods. I like too many, but can never seem to fit anymore than one at a time.

However, overall, it's really the snooty villagers. I've only ever had two for long periods: Mallary and Olivia. Their attitudes are really not as bad as they seem, and they haven't changed a whole lot since the earlier games (except being much less self-egotistical, I guess).

I like how Lazy villagers talk most of the time, but like Dizzy Bone said, I agree that I kinda get tired of them talking about bugs all the time, too.

normal and lazy have always been my favourite personalities, but i wouldn’t consider either of them to be super underrated (though the normals do get slept on sometimes since some people consider their dialogue to be boring). i would say that sisterly and jock are pretty underrated, my favourite of the two being sisterly. i’ve always loved the sisterly dialogue in new leaf and new horizons and how it’s a mixture of funny, sweet, and tough love, and i’ve always thought it was sweet that in new leaf, if you got stung by wasps and talked to a sisterly villager, they’d give you medicine if your friendship was high enough with them.

the sisterly villagers themselves are also pretty great— cherry, frita, katt, agnes, flo, pashmina, deirdre, fuchsia, hazel, and ursala especially deserve some more love!

I agree with the above posts I too also feel Jocks are the most underrated personality I have always enjoyed having jock villagers/islanders in my town/island.

Sisterly is not the most talked about and there's a select ones I do like (Cherry and Quinn)

Definitely jocks. People don't like them because all they talk about is fitness, but I think they're so funny! My favorite villager, Snake, is a jock so I might be biased.
