real answer: Hans and Tucker like someone else mentioned - they're cool unique new leaf villagers but a lot of people hate Hans and I barely see Tucker at all!

Hmm, I'd say my original villagers that I had in Wild World (Deena, Bree, and Gaston) don't seem to be appreciated as much. Also, Daisy. She is my absolute favorite villager and I barely see any appreciation for her. She is the best and I wish she was in my New Leaf town. D:

I definitely agree. Tucker is super cute because he's a mammoth with awesome tusks! His phrase is "fuzzers" and I love his little jungle house. He's very underrated.

Not sure if she's 'underrated', perhaps rather very much disliked by a lot of people, but I love Monique. I never see her around TBT much at all, even as trade fodder. People avoid her like the plague. I just think she's insanely gorgeous, she's Snooty (my favorite female personality), and she resembles Marilyn Monroe, which is friggin awesome.

I personally think Bianca is really underrated, I mean... have you SEEN those eyes?! She's adorable!

I also love Sydney, the way she bows when you leave her house <3 all of my other villagers do a little wave, so I like how Sydney has to do it different Phoebe is cool as well!

Phoebe is really underrated now that I'm looking at it. A lot of people don't like her because she's not that cool to them, but once you get to know her, she's really good at giving you what you want! 5 legit paintings, much needed furniture...
