I just reread the setup and this is mafsided. Especially with how the General can just choose the players who can avoid the lynch and that it's 3 rather than 2, white flag aside (not a fan of forced surrender btw). No roleclaiming makes the loss of prince really dangerous for town.
Not going to reveal the two mafia strategies that can make for an easy mafia win in the case I rand town and remain unchosen, but they exist and aren't too hard to figure out.
I say workshop this one a little more and hit us with a mountainous 9er. (2 mafia goons, 7 vanilla townies), 10er is preferable however so it's 2 vs 8.

Actually just do a cop 9er that's more balanced. (1 cop, 1 doctor, 2 mafia goons, 5 vanilla townies.)
