Number 1: Before you say, I only wanted something basic, so I could make it easily on Paint and yes it's only a picture with words on it but I want to know what you think and how you would improve it, on Paint.

Number 2: My first piece of art on GIMP.

Number 3: 11th Doctor Signature.

Number 4: Because "BowTies are cool."

EDIT: Number 1 is big but I didn't want to cut the TARDIS out.

I'm not too crazy about it, not because of the simplicity but because of the size. The text also doesn't seem to fit. Link me to a clean picture and I'll fix it up if you want.
