I've heard a lot of controversy around the Myers Briggs test. Apparently it was originally a theory that was around four types of personalities--sensation, intuition, feeling, and thinking-- but these two ladies found said theory and warped it (with no scientific evidence) to what it is today. Apparently if you take it multiple times you will get different results.
Do you believe the results are valid in this case? If so, what type are you?
I'm an INFJ.

i used to be infj but now im infp, i think it's an interesting thing but you'll definitely move around the personality spectrum if you take the test more than once with a few months of a gap, so it's no good saying you're one thing when you could be another in the future, but you'll probably only have one letter that changes unless you're taking it years later
i'm still a child and i still need to find myself so when i'm adult i'm guessing my personality will change a bit

i find mine changes around over time, though some constants remain the same.
i'm always I and T. N/S and P/J tend to switch. though i have been getting higher on F than i used to i still consider myself to be a thinker over a feeler. i will always be introverted lmao.

I usually score INFP or INFJ, and I think that it's normal to get different results when you take the test with significant time gaps in between. It's normal for people to grow and change, I know my personality has definitely changed in the last 5 years.

i usually get intp or intj. honestly im not really that sure what the different letters mean exactly... iirc it's something like introvert/extrovert, sensing/Logical Observation Thing (??), feeling/thinking and uhh the last one is like "i like new things"/"the old traditional way that works is the best, **** being creative".. idk i think that someone can be both a feelings and thought person and stuff but ???? idk

if i were to describe my personality i wouldnt be like "yo this is my myers brigg's results" but idk personality tests are fun and i guess this is more accurate than those "what bread are u" buzzfeed quizzes.

I've pretty much always scored INTJ-A.

made me chuckle lmao

I took the test multiple times in high school and got INTJ
I havnt taken it in a few years (im in college now), it would be interesting to see if i got different results, though I feel like i will probably score the same lol

I used to be an ISTJ but every time I've taken the test since last year I've gotten ISFJ. I think it's pretty accurate though!

I'm an INFJ and I get that every time. I think it's extremely accurate, the first time I read up on INFJs I was like "Oh so I'm not the only one like this!"

I don't really believe people can be categorized into such a neat little box as these personality quizzes.
Nevertheless, I do identify a lot with my ENFP result. :)

INTP

i do feel like some people can be simple, while others personalities can be much more complicated to a point where they might not fit under a label.

Before I was ISFJ but now that I opened up more I am INFJ

ive gotten INTJ every time ive taken and i believe its 100% accurate for myself.

They aren't accurate and definitely don't actually reflect anything about you. Multiple psychologists have already come forth about this and debunked everything about them.

my answers always change based on my mood. sometimes i think i'm extroverted, outgoing, loud, others i think i'm introverted, anxious, quiet. it always changes, so I can never get a true answer.

iunno ppl say they hold no value but every time i've ever taken one i always end up an infp.

I'm always introverted, turbulent, and judging (I've gotten 100% on the first two before), but thinking/feeling seems to be almost 50/50 and I used to always get observant but lately I've been getting intuitive quite a bit. The last couple times I took the test I got INFJ-T, but I think out of all of them, I'm more of an ISTJ, although the description doesn't resonate with me as much as it used to. :(
