Fictional-wise, there's Violet Parr from The Incredibles - went to watch the film 50 times in theatre just to get one more glimpse at her (fell asleep throughout most other scenes) - and then there's Kim Possible and Lizzie McGuire (though I guess that's more of a crush on Hilary Duff).

Speaking of real people crushes, there's also Hannah Spearritt from S Club 7. She was total looker back in the '90s/2000s. Still kinda is, but man, she was so cute back then.
