Depends on how big the update is! I always keep the files so I can edit whatever you need just fine, like if you want villagers changed or something, but if you want to change a background or town or something, it's better to just order a new sig.

I would want everything the same, however my second town of Apex Bay is now called Zephyr and the villagers there are slightly changed... and for Riften only one villager is switched
