(need) iron nuggets/ How is everyone doing on the game so far?

I'm trying to build a shop and I need 23 more iron nuggets. It seems that I've run out of rocks to smack for the day


So far it feels like the game is going pretty slow but I know they're doing that so we don't get burnt out as quick. I'm excited to see what exciting new things they have to offer!

Are you able to visit other islands via the airline? That's how I got my iron.

If you have Nook Miles+ unlocked, you can grind out those to get 2,000 Miles to purchase the tickets. The islands there tend to be a good source of iron nuggets.

Sadly you can only go to one island per day and I have to wait until tomorrow, I don't mind waiting though that's the fun in this game haha

Huh? You can visit as many as you want? I've visited two today.

I'm currently also stuck on that, so I'll have to farm miles later on to visit more random islands. It's kinda stupid that you can't even get enough from your island and the free island you get to visit.
