Your current 3DS library mostly consists of life simulations and RPGs. There's quite a lot of good games for your 3DS to get, but I'll only mention those I deem worthy of purchase, assuming you only own a 3DS model that isn't New 3DS.

- Super Smash Bros. for 3DS | Fighting
- Super Mario 3D Land | 3D Platformer
- New Super Mario Bros. 2 | 2D Platformer
- Mario Kart 7 | Racing
- Mario & Luigi: Dream Team | RPG
- Mario & Luigi: Paper Jam | RPG
- Luigi's Mansion: Dark Moon | Action
- The Legend of Zelda: A Link Between Worlds | Top-Down Perspective Action
- The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time 3D | Adventure
- The Legend of Zelda: Majora's Mask 3D | Adventure
- Fire Emblem: Awakening | Turn-based Tactical RPG
- Fire Emblem: Fates (Birthright) | Turn-based Tactical RPG
- Star Fox 64 3D | 3D Shoot 'em up
- Kid Icarus: Uprising | Action
- Bravely Default | Turn-based RPG
- Super Street Fighter IV: 3D Edition | Fighting
- Zero Escape: Virtue's Last Reward | Puzzle / Visual Novel
- Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney Trilogy | Puzzle / Visual Novel

There's plenty more 3DS games I could easily recommend to you, but most of the ones I recommended to you are what I currently own.

Get the Awakening First, so that you can adjust to the gameplay! It's fairly a good start for you and with a high value replayability. I think i've got 200++ hours on it already. Then if you liked the game, you can buy the other Fates. Birthright is fairly easy while conquest is the harder version. :)

I'd also recommend Pokemon Super Mystery Dungeon

And on digital side,
Pokemon Picross (a freemium puzzle game)
Pokemon Shuffle (a freemium, Bejeweled type game)
Shovel Knight (Platformer)
Shantae: Risky's Revenge (Platformer)
Shantae and the Pirate's Curse (Platformer)
Pokemon Red/Blue/Yellow (self explanatory)
Zelda: Oracle of Ages/Seasons (get both for the full experience)
Zelda: Link's Awakening DX

Hyrule Warriors Legends is good!
And for Harvest Moon, Story of Season might be a better option.

Ah harvest moon. I really want story of seasons? Whar do you actually do it btw

Going to also have to recommend Xenoblade Chronicles. The music in that game is freaking amazing, and the story itself has so many twists and surprises to it. I was in your situation actually, I got a new Nintendo 3DS and was looking for games to play on it when I discovered that Xenoblade was a top choice on so many YouTube channels and articles. I didn't think I would like it at first, but it ended up becoming my most favorite game after I finished it.

If you do buy and play it, I highly recommend that you play it purely for the story at first and only completing quests that you come across. There are so many side quests in that game, you are most certainly going to have to use a guide to find them all... in which case you are extremely likely to accidentally spoil yourself. So yeah, do the story first and then do all the other stuff on your second playthrough pretty much.

You live on a farm. Grow Crops and Animals and harvest a whole bunch of stuff.

Monster Hunter 4 Ultimate and Story of Seasons are a couple of other great games. Although, Monster Hunter Generations is coming out this summer so you might want to hold off on MH4U depending on Generations rating.
