Yup! I know it's considered too clean and "cliche" to some but I just love the look so much. Plus, I don't want to have random house colors and design messing up the aesthetic of my town. It would be better if there were 2 neighborhoods *away* from everything I want to design.
I want to have all of my villagers in one area, then my house on a tiny surrounded by water, only accessible by a bridge. I prefer being isolated from my villagers, in New Leaf they'd always move in right next to me, no matter how much other space was available.
I rather have my villagers a little spaced out randomly, so no neighborhood for me, but of course, I may change my mind later depending on what map I get and how terraforming will be like. Hopefully we can move villager houses too.
I like my town to be more natural looking, but I am planning on having my houses all in the same area of the map. I'll probably have some kind of pathing for the neighborhood, but probably for not much else.
Yes, I want to do this. I've always had my villagers spread all the way out across the entire town. It would look nice to have a neighborhood feeling. It would also give me more space on the rest of the island to landscape however I want.
I like having my villagers spaced out in smaller groups of two or three throughout my town. I find it looks more natural than all of them just in a row.
Absolutely! I plan to create a few different little neighborhoods and I'll probably use all 8 character slots to do that. I'm also going to create at least one shopping area and definitely a special area for the museum too.
Edit: I also might create some "fake" shops. For example, if I can manage to get Merengue in my town I'm going to make her house like a little bakery with places to eat outside, etc
If there's 12 villagers, I'd group all of us into 3s. If there's 10, then probably grouped into 2s in random spots around the town. I like to have things spread out like CF. I have a NL town where my villagers live in a row and I like it, but because the town is small the strip of houses makes the town feel incredibly small.
Yes ! Me!
I have to start drawing a map to see how the grouping will be done
I did it in new leaf , and I think I?ll also like the organization there to be done in new horizons.
Probably not, I don't like it when the houses are right in front of each other and no place ever seemed wide enough in New Leaf. I think it's more fun to space them all out and give each villager house their own area, maybe pairing two together.
