Yep, that's how to do it. Sometimes I like to dive while doing it, especially if I'm having bad luck noticing the balloons- sometimes they're easier to spot when you're in the water. But... sometimes I still miss 'em. That's the hardest part for me- noticing the balloons when they fly over! I'm pretty sure they come over every 4th and 9th minute, but I don't always catch them when they do.

I had the biggest brain fart yesterday. I somehow forgot that balloons float from the opposite direction after sunset, so I was running alongside the wrong beach, thinking, "Why aren't balloons spawning any more?" I also like diving in between balloon-hunting as well! ^^
