Yay! So a couple of my villagers moved out and a couple more moved in. I now have the most adorable and delicious looking Chadder, along with a couple of other adorably cute villagers that I highly like! I also am finishing up the touches on my pathing. I haven't got it exactly the way I want yet but i'm on my way there fast!
Club LOL has opened up in my town and I visit it every now and then. I got my first song from K.K. Slider last night! It wasn't one I particularly liked, but it's my first so i'm still excited about it! I had a blast listening to a few more songs from him after that.
I have been getting on a little late to play, so i'm not too surprised nobody has been taking advantage of my opened gates lately. I have visited 1 person a couple of days ago and it was super fun! She mostly looked busy with another visitor who was (I think) recieving one of her villagers. Her town was super fun to explore though and I really loved the style of her houses. I have so many friend codes in my 3ds that I can't remember who is who anymore, with the exception of a couple of people I visit most often.
I can't wait for Shampoodles to open! I went to someone's town and used theirs and received a hideous hairdo, so I bought a wig to cover it up. While visiting the friend I mentioned in my last paragraph, a couple of days ago I used their Shampoodles to fix my mistake...but only got a different hairdo that I also don't like! So.... it's back to the wig again! I SO can't wait for one to open in my town so I can fix this mess!
I have been receiving duplicate items of things I already have, but don't want to sell because they're super special or expensive to me... so I have been burying them around the top half of my town so that anyone who visits can come dig them up and have them if they want them. It's sort of my fun way of giving them away. There are a couple of tools and some fortune cookie items. But if you dig anything up in the bottom half below the river you'll just find fossils. I also never ever shake and pick the fruit trees in the top half in case any visitors want to do that.
I got my very first item from a falling star/meteor recently from my first meteor shower! I am a little disappointed to see you can only get 1 item, when I spent like, half an hour wishing on most of the meteors I saw. I guess it keeps the game fair though...
