I see what Nintendo is doing here.

They're taking already existing models in the game, shrinking them down to item size then give the new model an item ID so that it can be placed in your house.

It's actually quite cheap. There's no stand or anything underneath it.

Looks rubbish. there should be a new tool.

There's no need for new tools. The best you could hope for in that category would be different skinned versions of the already existing tools.
