You might want to add Octavian to your popular villager list. Also, I'm hoping you get Chadder. I've been looking everywhere for him. Side note, it isn't necessary to get a 100% approval rating. Villagers can move before then. And it's easy to get 9 villagers by tting by large periods of time (5-7 days)
