I think that for the AC themed mafia game, detectives should be Copper/ The other dog police
Doctor should be Pelly,
Hooker should be Phylis,
Townie should be villager,
Etc etc.

You can attempt to hold any mafia game you want at any time although it's not likely that you will get enough players. Most people only want to play one at a time. Yes, you can host different themes, everyone does it. You can also use different variations, such as Kingmaker, for example. I think Tom was planning on hosting Kingmaker sometime.

Sometimes you are a normal cop and your checks come back correct, sometimes they come back the opposite (if you check a mafia, they come back cop), sometimes everyone always ends up coming back cop or mafia (two different kinds). Everyone reveals their rolechecks in order to work out who is which kind of cop, and work out who is the Mafia.

I was just explaining what I meant by 'dethy' to You. That's what we call it where I play it. It's kinda funny, considering when people joke about everyone being a Townie and people yell "WHERE IS THE MAFIA".

But if everyone BUT mafia reveal their rolechecks, they'll know who hasn't inspected anyone; therefore, mafia.
Even if Mafia shares their "fake" inspections, then it will be broken since everyone is a "cop."

If you could make it so it isn't rigged, it would be nice to play.

The Mafia always has a fake rolecheck, and since some of the roles are screwed up (if you are an Insane Cop, all rolechecks come back Mafia, etc.) You have to work together and share your check results. Believe me, I've played before and it's not rigged. It would be a fun variation of Mini Mafia, since it is designed for smaller crowds.
