Examples or Feel of the flag/sign: I'd love tumbling blocks like the old Mapei cycling jersey, picture in spoiler. Not the Mapei logo or the blue space, just lots of blocks. Totally appreciate size, pixels and geometry might make this tricky, so just let me know if it's impossible as I have a second idea. (But as long as the colours are right and it's vaguely block-ish, I'm sure I'll love it!)

@ElysiaCrossing how does this look? I took a lot of erm, creative liberties with this. I had a lot of fun creating the first draft. I added sparkles as well, but if you don’t like them I can absolutely take them off!

Reference: This is the style of all my signs and my friend did this. I want it the same in terms of font and the lines but without the wooden border and blue roses. The background I like but I'm happy to see new ideas for it as for the little image where the blue rose should be I'm not too picky, I love cats, turtles, leaves, or maybe a picture of a small island with a rainbow?
