Aside from that, im not sure if I can just post ]I have a copy of TP! xD
So half of the work is done there haha.
it's not as much the hacking as it is the roms...Zyphent said:I figured as much, I have the Homebrew channel, and nothing happened to me, but I dont hack or anything.OddCrazyMe said:Homebrew is perfectly legal. It's only if you made modifications to the actual Hardware that Nintendo will brick your Wii.
Nintendo honestly would be pretty hypocritical if they banned Homebrew too, what with making their Memory cards SD cards and all...Thats just asking for it...

Yes and No.Justin125 said:Ahahahaha.
In all honesty, if it weren't for AnimalMap it would had been fine, it was way too easy for anyone to do.
Tip to Nintendo: Make the save file more complex format wise, if a map editor isn't created to edit the save file there won't be any trouble.
Yeah, still 4, any more than that and we'd probably have some pretty bad lag issues.Justin125 said:Completely agree.
I haven't been keeping track, is the player limit confirmed as still 4?
Yah, mail to other towns is my favorite new feature. It's just something small that makes the game much bigger.Zyphent said:Yeah, still 4, any more than that and we'd probably have some pretty bad lag issues.Justin125 said:Completely agree.

Not sure how big the buddy list option will be, though, and you can always organize the sales ahead of time via letters you send directly to the towns or something like that.
Hell, you could even do mail orders without even going to the town itself now.
yea, i mainly used an AR for WW. I payed off my regular wage on the GCN one... But it would be great if you could actually sell stuff like in a shop in the city...Zyphent said:Yes and No.Justin125 said:Ahahahaha.

See the trading community had such potential.
"buying this" "Selling that" etc.
Online Businesses and clans, it was really cool upon its initial release.
But everyone hacked full catalogs and millions of bells, it sort of ruined the trading/collecting aspect of the game.
For me anyway, I hope that doesnt happen, I'd like to buy and sell my items fair and square, at least for a little while, this time around.
but then storm and OCM would have to assign someone to be the auction house keeper or something, like if someone wanted to put their action up, they'd have to run it by that person, otherwise it would be crazy on the auction boards...Zyphent said:Well that's somewhat what the auction house is, and if things pick up around here once City Folk comes out, you can always advertise a shop on here in like a trading post style board
Hahah, no Im talking about the auction house built into the game.Bacon Boy said:but then storm and OCM would have to assign someone to be the auction house keeper or something, like if someone wanted to put their action up, they'd have to run it by that person, otherwise it would be crazy on the auction boards...Zyphent said:Well that's somewhat what the auction house is, and if things pick up around here once City Folk comes out, you can always advertise a shop on here in like a trading post style board
Yeah I had read about it while looking around the forums, its a good idea.Justin125 said:Around ACWW's peak time, we actually had exactly what you're talking about: The Trading Post. If you look back in this board you can see thread that were merged in here from that.

Well, I plan to come here anyway, but yeah...
