That's exactly what was going on then! Sometimes the very last TBT in your visible TBT (not in ABD) is actually a fraction so it will deny your request if you try to send the complete amount. Sometimes that doesn't happen though because it is not an actual fraction, but it's always good to have 1 more TBT than you actually need so you don't encounter this issue. o/

The Nominee Discount is like my Investor Discount (which is 15% OFF) where it is a base discount that does not stack with any other discount except for coupons (the only difference is that this is a temporary one just for the sale)! o/ Anything that is at a higher discount just eclipses the base and is additively included in a transaction if multiple items are involved (all items are 17% OFF while the item that is 20% OFF is still 20% OFF for example).
