Perfect town-tbt bells?

how many tbt bells would u pay one person to help u make a perfect town (and give expert knowledge if needed =P) And of couse, all flowers would be provided for you except for the flowers in ur store at that day, or more if you choose.
I was thinking 400-450, since u get 4 gold cans, increased chance of hybrids, and jacobs ladders. What do you think? Please post something reasonable and fair.

also, on a slightly related note, if u want to buy one of my 4 gold cans, theyre ONLY 800k each!

i wuld do it for free but i was swimming for 4 hours and had to jog to the place i wanted to swim which is pretty far away

and lol yes but now that after i READ the post (yes i know not reading it before voting is stupid) i would change it to about 400. Getting a perfect town is annoying to achieve but once you get the rating, managing it is pretty easy (most of the time).
