Hey Corn, it's Limey if you don't remember from like, Christmas Anyway making a Perfect town is easy, I've had my town in a Perfect state for about 2-3 Months. It's not hard at all; just outline the borders with random patterns If you would do it, I guess 400-450 TBT Bells would be a good price to pay
