I think I’m enjoying the story more in Splatoon now that I’ve progressed passed the tutorial stages and beat the first boss. the tutorial stages have been helpful in helping me learn the controls and get used to the motion control (I think playing multiplayer so much last night though sped up the process a lot). I’m still struggling climbing/swimming up walls no matter how big or small; I waste a lot of time in multiplayer just trying to get up to the platform that leads to the other team’s area (it was a certain map for turf wars).

The dialogue between the agents about my character made me chuckle. also for some reason I’m really fond of the small fry. He’s so derpy ☺️. I’m looking forward to finding out more about him 🙂.

Also looking forward to unlocking more stuff for the lockers. I like seeing how creative everyone gets with their lockers 🙂.
 
It’s so crazy that Futurama got the cast of the original Star Trek on their show for an episode. I thought they would only have Spock Leonard Nimroy, but they really went the extra mile. It reminds me of when South Park got multiple musicians on their show in Chef Aid, but it was more surprising there since South Park almost never has guest stars (and also, the whole week to produce an episode thing).
 
Again, while washing some dishes, I randomly began to hum 🎵 this time, it was the 2pm theme from AC GameCube. It's a pretty nostalgic song to me, mainly because I made a habit of listening to certain hourly music during certain moments of my day. For example:

8am - riding the bus on my way to work.

2pm - near the end of my shift.

4pm - 5pm - stuck at work doing overtime lol

9pm - walking back home from the neighborhood bodega.

reminds me of the smiley-faced cloud in SMW that hatches from an egg (after Yoshi eats two of the pink apples/berries) and then floats around for a limited time dropping smiley-faced coins.

I've gotta consider going to more public group events for 20-somethings. The previous time I did was actually decent, though not perfect. I'd love to find a new batch of friends to share my interests with.

I just watched that episode this year lol.

It's also pretty cool that in Justice League Flash and Lex Luthor switch minds/bodies. And most shows will just have it where the mind-switcher keeps their voice. But both voice actors for Flash/Lex really showed their skill by taking it up a level. Flash's voice replicated Luthor's serious and calculative personalty and Luthor did the same for Flash's chill laid back personality.

 
i would think a company should help their customer if some issue was caused by their system, but not in this case. I’m almost as disgusted with hoyolab as much as EA customer service.

Guilty. I do wanna quit at some time though...it's certainly not something I wanna make a life-long habit. That being said I'm not quite ready yet. Once I move back to MA, perhaps then, as I'll be able to get CBD products. We'll see.🤔
 
You know, the Hollow Knight really wouldn’t be that hard to defeat. He’s only like 4 inches tall. You can just step on him and the battle’s over. Maybe to other bugs, he’s a champion, but a human could take him out in seconds.
 
I need to take a break from being online Apart from popping into TBT and discord with friends and doing my daily wordle. Seriously all this other **** is making me genuinely unwell and making me lose so much faith in humanity and myself.

Oh, and my daily aurora forecast check. Touching grass isn’t only for daytime! 🌱
