Wesker: "Greetings. You must be the lovely Claire Redfield" ๐Ÿ˜Ž

Claire: "Who are you?" ๐Ÿ˜

Wesker: "Let's just say that I'm a ghost, coming back to haunt your...dear brother." ๐Ÿ˜Ž

Claire: "Wesker...?" ๐Ÿ˜ฎ

Wesker: "It seems there's not much explaining to do, is there? I was the one who attacked this island. Who'd have thought you'd be hanging about." ๐Ÿ˜Ž "LMAO!! All the better for me. Now that the cat dragged in this nice surprise, your ever so caring brother will definitely show up. I must thank you for being such good bait." ๐Ÿ˜Ž

Claire: "I don't know what went on between you two but you have him all wrong. My brother is NOT the kind of person you think he is." ๐Ÿ˜ก

*Claire gets grabbed furiously*

Wesker: "I DESPISE CHRIS!!" ๐Ÿ˜ก๐Ÿ˜ก๐Ÿ˜ก

One of my favorite RE interactions LOL it's definitely one of the best scenes ๐Ÿ˜‚

good lord the stuff I see on social media sometimes.

Especially facebook. This is a facebook post.

Sometimes, I feel like a weirdo because I'm a young person who likes to listen to music from back in the day, specifically music from the 70s or earlier (Queen, Boney M, The Supremes, The Mamas & The Papas, etc...) I also like to listen to 80s and 90s music, too. Oh, well. At least I can somehow relate to some of the residents at my job as far as my taste in music goes.
That's not a bad thing at all! I'm 23, and I also listen to the older stuff as well, mainly '80s and earlier, and I don't care for stuff like Panic! at the Disco, Justin Bieber, or Taylor Swift.

My most favorite bands are Blondie, The Beatles, Madonna, and The Bee Gees.

I think itโ€™s easier to sell a collectible on this site than it is to get a response on ACC. I looked at the forums. I donโ€™t need to go back a page or two to find threads last active in 2022 or 2023, and the ones in 2024, you can find threads last active six months ago.

Is ACC starting to become like AXA? Or is TBT unusually more active for a forum site?

somewhat unrelated but this reminds me of a post my parents read: โ€œis it normal for the sky to be dark at night?โ€ 100% that guy was trolling.

Facebook now allows anonymous posting in groups.

It's made people much act much more strange. It's probably a mix of trolling and other people feeling emboldened to say whatever they feel under the new anonymity.

I want to redo & finish my island but I got very few ideas. Iโ€™m contemplating continuing to postpone it and instead just use up the empty areas temporarily for more crops and fruit trees, even if it looks really bad. hmmโ€ฆ

was on the Rankin Bass wiki when greeted with a wholesome edit haha. Much more original.

It did not occur to me to look up the Rankin Bass wiki to see which movies are supported by the partially defunct Warner Archive service.

I've got the flight of Dragons, and I'd like to know how the Shout Factory release of the Last Unicorn differs from my old Lionsgate release.

As a child I never knew Orca's had such tiny eyes.

I thought the white patches were the actual eyes. I never noticed the real eyes until I saw an up close photo.

Devious murder oreo of the sea.

Are you sure that isnโ€™t an act of wiki vandalism?
I think it's really funny to me.

For context:

Some official wiki of various games and communities left Wikia/Fandom for a while now because they found the interface unfriendly and Wikia has gotten bad. So, they moved to other wiki-like platforms. So people just left this kind of stuff on the Fandom/Wikia.

Speaking of FANDOM wiki.

Maybe it's time for me to go. I am currently the only active mod on two wikis. Every now and then some other mods will comeback on one wiki and on the other wiki the other mod that was active like me lost their position. Because I guess they became a mod on one of those other wiki like websites and Fandom doesn't like it?

Anyway, trying to keep vandalizing at bay is tiring. There are times my phone will go off in the middle of the night. Because somebody wants to spontaneously spam every page with nonsense, remove content that other people work so hard to put on there or the usual edgy stuff.

Also, blocking them doesn't do anything. I blocked at least more than a dozen accounts made by the same person in one day.

Or when I remove something off a page because it's wrong. Sometimes the individual who made the edit would sometimes leave insults underneath my profile.

Yeah, maybe it's time for me to retire...

'Adulthood' is often still a process of learning and figuring things out. There's a day when a person is considered a legal adult, but the reality is that there's no magical change that occurs. Everybody is still learning. I'm still learning things myself in my 20's.

So, I think the mindset of 'throwing our children out the day they turn 18' is an incredibly selfish and narrow minded thing to do. Posting it for social media is outright sick.

I just can't wrap my head around 'You don't need guidance or support anymore because you've hit the arbitrary number'. (Which in almost all cultures the age of adulthood is still very young. To the point that it overlaps with being a teenager).

I hear that the Atomic Betty Wiki has gotten really bad. Some user kept vandalizing every page, and nobody would deal with it. But as someone on Discord put it, the vandal โ€œturned it into a DeviantArt page of his own.โ€

Free-to-edit wikis may be better than submission-based wikis (like TV.com) since they give more freedom as those who are more knowledgable donโ€™t have to worry about abusive moderators shutting down valid submissions, but vandalism being easier is a huge disadvantage.

Iโ€™m glad I kept my nendoroid in its box since I donโ€™t have a better place to put it for now and because Jewels knocked it off my shelf ๐Ÿ˜ฌ. I love Jewels, but she always has to go for the most expensive items when she wants attentionโ€”my games or an anime figure ๐Ÿ˜ญ.

If I could completely wipe my memory of a specific gaming experience, I would choose the memories with BotW, and basically be just like Link with zero memory of anything. I'd love to play the game for the very first time all over again and rediscover everything. It was such a big deal at the time.

I feel like, even after 20 years of never touching BotW again, I can't fully forget the map of Hyrule and where everything is lol

I realized that none of my classes this year make me want to jump out a window as much as they did last year. I donโ€™t really know why, but every class is actually normal for once. I donโ€™t hate going to school anymoreโ€ฆ so weird.
