When I was still working on my Christmas list, I saw that Stray was coming to the Nintendo Switch! When it first came out on other consoles, I wanted it, but now I’m not so sure. I’m afraid it’ll make me depressed; hearing about strays itself makes me sad so playing a game about one…🤔
 
I remember watching Paula Faris on The View once, and she said something like "Well, at least Trump's kids don't smoke or have tattoos!" And I'm like...my great-uncle smoked and had tattoos and he was a WWII veteran. Even if he wasn't a veteran, he was a nice person-- something I'm sure T's kids aren't lol.
 
I refute the stance that the Wii U is completely obsolete. In terms of most big games being ported to switch, sure.

However,I'm glad I still have my Wii U and have kept it since I was a kid. The virtual console library that I collected is something that the switch still doesn't offer me.

On my Wii U, I have Mario Galaxy 2, Mario and Luigi: Partners in Time, Mario Kart DS, Pokemon Mystery Dungeon: Explorer's of Sky, Wario Land 4, and Wind Waker HD. (among others game's that the switch doesn't offer since it's a pre picked selection).

I'm glad that I was able to take advantage of the console's other offerings. My only regret is not picking up Animal Crossing: Wild World before the shop went down.
 
question for other artists, when you draw anthro/animals with paws, let's say cats... how many toes do you draw them with?

my instinct has always been to draw them with three toes, but as much as it looks somewhat okay, it also looks really stupid and doesn't make sense to me lol. but when I try to draw four toes even that looks dumb. 😂

The site I'm talking about is a writing website and I no longer wish to use it because I feel uncomfortable putting my stuff online; and they want me to send an email to them. Which I already have....Twice!
 
I’ve been looking at cozy grove and spiritfarer when I made my Christmas list and while I wasn’t planning on asking for any games considering how much of a backlog I have and that I want to focus on persona 5 and my second island, I ended up adding them to my list and paper mario a thousand year door; I have the last on on its original console but I like the idea of playing it on a handheld 🙂. I’m hoping especially for spiritfarer & cozy grove them since the screenshots that @Xara shared has peaked my interest. The art looks incredibly cute too. I again must say how much I wish I can play multiple games and not lose interest or focus on any of them lol. so much I want to do.
 
I'm really starting not to care of not having a social media account. I made a Bluesky account, but now I deleted it. I just don't care anymore (even though I didn't care all that much to begin with..). 🤷🏽‍♀️

I made a commitment to taking a break from TBT, but the darn notifications keep bringing me back. But, I can't ignore this post! Finishing The Wheel of Time is quite the accomplishment! If you would like to discuss it, please send me a PM! I wonder if my thoughts on the books will line up with yours! I almost never get to discuss the series. Most people aren't willing to commit to so many books, each around a thousand pages each!

What a journey indeed!

I know this song has a reputation for being obnoxious. I don't mind it though.

I'm biased since my favorite band is The Beatles, but I think Paul McCartney has a pretty and unique sounding voice.

It's also not common to hear him on the radio otherwise or in movie soundtracks etc. So him getting that yearly spot is fine with me.
 
“Superman” isn’t a bad nickname for Lucario. Reasons:
  • Lucario is strong
  • Lucario is a Fighting/Steel Type. Superman is the man of steel
  • Lucario is never a villainous Pokémon. Superman is lawful good
 
I hope my connection is good for mario party 🤞. I’d try going downstairs and playing but my mom is home and I don’t want to bother her with the noise and I feel more comfortable in my room anyways. Also, Idk what time my dad is coming home, if I am still playing it when he comes home, I know he’s going to be rude.

No, but Quagsire reminds me a lot of Tokage from Sumikko Gurashi. Maybe that's why I appreciate both of them very much! 💙

On a completely unrelated note, Bulbapedia, one of my favorite websites, wasn't working and I was trying to check on a website to see if it was just me. Turns out the website was still up for everyone else. But what caught my eye was the poly.ai pop-up.

Uhh...no thanks. I'm not sure how that's going to help me access Bulbapedia, and besides, I already have a partner and they're a million times better than some silly emotionless robot.
 
It's my family's Thanksgiving dinner and there's so many people here aaaaa >.< It hasn't been too bad but I'm still pretty tired rn.
 
Since the end of November is rapidly approaching, I decided to take a peek at the calendar for December earlier. I noticed that Christmas is on a Wednesday this year, New Year's Eve is a Tuesday and New Year's Day is a Wednesday as well.

Thanks, I hate it.

Holidays in general, but especially these ones, are better on Mondays or Fridays for three day weekends.
