So, the first egg hatched into a Piplup, named Shady (after Shadypenguinn)

Okay, here's all of the trainer cards so far:

I'm wonderlocking, so my starter was Poochyena. I then recieved a Zigzagoon after catching a wild Bunnelby in Route 1, but it was killed by a wild Scatterbug in Santalune Forest, which I managed to catch and trade for a Chimchar! I've never used one before, so it was worth losing Zigzagoon to get him. I then left the forest and caught a wild Bidoof, which I traded to recieve a Marill. (Not sure if I wanna use it or not, but I'll leave it on the team for now.) I then went to Route 21 and caught another wild Bidoof and exchanged it for a male Ralts, which I will likely use a Dawn Stone on.

I'm taking a break now, but I will be challenging the Santalune Gym soon!

And I had an extra egg, so it hatched into a mudkip, which was named Alex Louis. (It seems that I got mostly water starters.)

Anyhow, here's my team so far! As a quick recap, I'll be doing a normal run- but with no EXP Share and no Mega Evolutions to try and maximise difficulty. I know people complain that X and Y are too easy, so I'd like to avoid that.

(I guarantee you, though, now I've got a good female nickname for an Azumarill, she'll become male. Also, just saying, but I really hope that she evolves earlier than Duster did. I'm not missing out on Aqua Tail until Dendemille. Driftveil was bad enough!)

Quick update- I decided to train in the bottom part of Route 4 until Wednesday, and Berserk evolved. I also ran into a female Combee, who I'm going to keep on my team for now, at least. At any rate, I'll be training my team to around level 20 during this time.

EDIT: Fae evolved into Marill as well. Once I'm done this training session, I'll update my team, given how many Pokemon have been evolving and my new team member.

I have decided to do a mix between a wonderlocke and an egglocke.

I get to catch one pokemon to wonderlocke on each route. And after each gym I'm allowed to hatch an egg
