I find that with these kind of events, most participants leave things until the very last minute. Maybe you'll receive a whole bunch over the weekend. Or, like Elov said, maybe people just don't realize they have to send their submissions to you. Maybe you could PM the people you are waiting on and tell them that's what they have to do? Although, that seems like a lot of trouble for you...

I pm'd mines in a week ago, I've spent a while trying to come up with concepts with this design, even changing and redoing a completely new concept/Oc I spent 2 hours sketching, I really hope they like their drawing. I did a new pose and really like what I did ;-;. I also hope everyone else put some effort into theirs LuL.

Not to sound harsh, but I don't think anyone should receive any artwork unless they've already finished their own artwork and have sent it to you.

also i agree with kiiro in that you shouldnt send their gift unless theyve submitted theirs ;;
also any update on the amount of submissions?
