(Really, you should only be able to catch pokemon in the routes that they would naturally be found in. In our other RP, we had it so that we could choose any Pokemon to start, with the reason that the lab didn't have enough starters so the professor told us we could pick any.)

after looking at what Pokemon the professor had to choose from, I immediately settled on the last one I saw - a Blitzle.
"Aww, aren't you cute! I think I'll call you... Lightning!" I announced as I sat down in a nearby chair so I could put down my crutches and pick Lightning up.

Professor showed another pokemon called a mincinno. After seeing eye to eye with her,we became friends.The mincinno jumped out of the desk and landed on me. I told professor Juniper that i choose her and mincinno's eyes sparkled."wahhaa",i said cute shocked. "Hmm... I'll call you Sparkle,do you like it?" i asked mincinno. She nodded at the name.
