Pokemon haters READ THIS!!!

This was something I wrote for NSider after seeing a ton of people flame the Pokemon board there. When I posted this everyone was saying I should be a Sage.

This board is constantly being flamed by members who hate Pokemon. Yet, even though you hate a game where you capture creatures will round tools and fight with them, you like games with spiked, firebreathing, talking turtles, games with fighting skeletons and mummies, and games with animals who wear clothes and talk. How could you hate Pokemon yet like Mario, Zelda, and Animal Crossing?

Well, lemme just say this: I can agree with you on the cartoon and stuff, that's totally stupid, but the games are fun and challenging. I bet you've never played any of them before. Why don't you at least try it and see if you like it? I bet you will.

I hope this changes the way you think about Pokemon.

Eh, I don't really care for Pokemon, but like the rest of Nintendo's games. Although, I do plan on buying the DS Pokemon games... I want to get into Pokemon.

but people will flame no matter what is said....
They flame the Rev on the rev board...ect. ect. it never ends

the main problem i have with it... is they're all sitting there, acting ********... and saying their own name back and forth... (dont bring in yoshi : \ ) and its anime... which is pretty lame.


and no, i wouldn't agree with all the 9-year-olds on that board saying you should be a sage.
