I still have some hope because they showed normal pikachu evolving, but not actually into that form of raichu. Why wouldn't they just show the complete evolution sequence if they weren't hiding something...

The entire evolution animation is too long to have in a trailer, and it would end up being boring to watch. By just including the very start of the evolution animation, viewers can understand that Pikachu evolves into Alolan Raichu.

I don't remember trailers for Pokemon games dabbling in much misdirection, so I don't think they are hiding anything.

Has anyone seen the collectors edition and what you get in it? It's kinda okay, I've pre-ordered my collectors of Sun, and the collectors edition of the 3DS console of moon/sun.

By the sounds of it, because of normal Pichu and Pikachu appearing thus far in the game, I think it's safe to assume they ain't getting Alolan forms.

I already imagine a fire or water type Parasect that has developed that typing to defend itself from its fiery predators threattening it with its 8x weakness.

I seen this yesterday. It's pretty weird that Zubat and Dragonite have their own pages on the Sun and Moon pages.

What type do you think they'll be? I think Dragonite will suit a Dragon/Water typing and Crobat would suit a Psychic/Flying.

I think crobat will be Dark/flying or ghost/flying i dont see it being pyschic/flying

Dragonite could be a water & dragon type and could take on Dratinis and Dragonairs appearance and appear more regal/ elegant rather than some dopey thing.

Crobat could be Dark/ flying or Ground/ flying.
