YES! Strangely enough I received one of these through wonder trades. I can breed one for you, but you'll have to hatch it yourself as ain't nobody got time fo' that.

I'm afraid a ninetales won't get you a charizard with its x exclusive stone. Ninetales isn't exclusive to either version, nor is it worth a mega stone[might be enough if its a perfect pokemon though)
