To be honest, the only way to get a HA Rowlet in the Alola games at this point is through Wonder Trade, since iirc they were released through events and then people bred them. I can try to WT a ton in Pokemon Ultra Sun and see if I can get one for you, but just be warned that it'll probably take awhile.
