Pokemon Trainer Colors

See that. In that event there are 2 pokemon trainers, and the second one is green. Does this mean they're going as the color style of the games (their hats) or is this just a coincidence?

You're right, I don't see how they're any different really.. And that's going to look really funny with a whole bunch of different colored pokemon
