It's strange, I always just sort of assume that most of the people that I'm interacting with are from North America, and it looks like my assumptions aren't really wrong. Otherwise, I've made a fairly large number of Australian friends as well for some odd reason.

To be fair here, I discovered this forum last year in Novrmber, and I been a Animal Crossing fan since Wild World. I'm sure like 60% of the population on earth will be playing Animal Crossing soon enough haha.

I’m from Europe, specifically the UK and have lived here all my life - born in northern England but moved to the south when I was young and have lived here since (still managed to somehow keep my northern accent though )

I’ve travelled a lot (mostly throughout Europe and North America) and there are so many places I’d love to see (especially in Asia) but for the most part I’m happy living where I am, despite the pretty lousy weather.

I too was taken by surprise how many Americans and especially Canadians there in this forum! I was really hoping there would be more of my fellow European buddies here, since well... time zones make it impossible to play with people here haha

The lousy weather makes me envious for all you in the UK since I love rain. Autumn and winter is the best seasons. But at least I was born in Sweden so winters are long. But we have no night time in summer hahaha only sunlight even after midnight

Also I find it awesome you have a northern accent! Do you listen to the "Abroad in Japan" podcast with Chris and Pete? I imagine your accent would be like Pete Donaldson, no?
