I'm aware of how it works.

I made ten million in NL.

I didn't like buying, storing, or selling.

It's a personal choice.

Turnips often feel like a waste of time. You buy the turnips and then the stalk market fails you the whole week.

If I ever get into NH, I'll probably stick to bug catching. Beetles never betray me. lol

I really enjoy catching bugs and fishing, I don't play it for the stock market simulator. :)

Definitely. Moseying for bugs and fish is way more relaxing than waiting for a good turn over.

Besides- the term 'stalk market' just makes me think of regular life grinds. We can't go having that.

A little bit of everything, but mainly bug hunting / fishing and turnips.

I get what people are saying about it being too close to reality, but...the Stalk Market can be such a good investment.
Honestly I think it?s better to go all or nothing with it?either you spend the time/thought to make the most of it, or you ignore it completely. It?s dabbling here and there that leads to most losses in my experience.

I have always made the bulk of my money through fishing and bug catching and I don't see that changing for me. It's a consistent and relaxing way to earn bells.

After donating the first of each fossil to the museum, I will also sell the duplicates for some extra bells. There's also the money rock, assuming it makes a return in New Horizons.

I really hate buying turnips because of all the storage space it takes up and I find it mildly stressful to worry about checking the prices daily. I'm also more likely to take a loss since I don't play online. I'll only do it if it's required for some kind of achievement like the badge in New Leaf.

I never sell foreign fruits or trade TBT for bells and don't plan to start.

I do the turnip market and bugs, but I hate farming for bugs so I rely more on the turnips

as always, bugs, fishing, and selling fruit! i never bothered with turnips and i don't intend to start.

i hope that making money is more balanced this time around though, being a bellionaire was waaaay to easy in NL.

The old fashioned way, with foreign fruit and bugs, though Daisy Mae is so cute I may try the stalk market for once.

I already spoke with a friend and we will exchange all our foreign fruits right at the start to make a good profit. After that, I will probably fish a lot and catch bugs until we can sell fruits again. My rule for fish, bugs and fossils is always donate the first one but as we have to build the museum ourself, I will store them somewhere for donation later on.

The stalk market will be a huge money maker in this game though. In NL you could easily make millions thanks to TBT but in NH it will be even easier. We can place a dresser or locker next to the store that will buy turnips, so no running back and forth between re-tail and the train station. Additionally our inventory can be upgraded to be more than twice as big as in NL which will make the process even faster. Maybe we can also stack more turnips which will save us even more trips to the locker.

All ways I can... :D I never bought turnips in previous games, but since Daisy Mae is cutest, this time I will.

I hate turnip selling because it forces you to learn patterns, and if you mess up, TOO BAD. WAIT ANOTHER WEEK. ughhh

Also, I might do some TBT conversion if the rates are good. I would prefer to get animals to move in to my town with my TBT, though.

I think I will have to wait and see what is available.
Depending on if tour island can range in different seasons from you, I imagine bug catching would be profitable. Other than that, selling extra items and materials maybe?

I feel dumb rn but I never looked into selling fruit or turnips. I tried turnips one time and managed to make a huge loss. Never tried again! :’D

All I ever do is sell fish, bugs and fossils after donating the first kind of each.

I plan on making my money by doing my favorite activity: fishing!

I also want to actually get into the Stalk Market this time and see if I can actually make a profit. I never did badly in New Leaf, but I didn't really pay attention to it so I never used it to my full advantage. I also feel with the Dodo Codes, it would be even easier to interact with the community for the stalk market so everyone can make those sweet, sweet bells.

Can?t really say at this point because we don?t know enough about the gameplay.

Primarily will probably be bug catching! That always seems the easiest way to make bells in game. I'll also have a second town I can trade fruit with and/or other items!

I haven't played the Stalk Market in so long, so it will be nice to try that again too!
