Hornsby is my favorite. I had him in my original GameCube town, and I invited him to my island via Amiibo card. (Unfortunately, one of the other villagers gave him a shirt that I don't really care for, but aside from that, it's great to have him here!)
I also have Rhonda on my island, and I'm fond of her too. I got her from island hopping, and I wasn't sure what to think of her at first, but she's really grown on me. I still prefer Hornsby overall, but I plan on keeping Rhonda permanently for the time being as well.
Hornsby, he's so cute and has funny dialogue in NH. I found him on a random island, invited him to stay and was enchanted with him. Ugly house interior though.
I voted for Hornsby because he reminds me of a toy rhino and I think that's pretty cute. Although I always wondered why Tank has a leaf on his head? Is that a reference to something or just a stylistic choice?
Renee has been growing on me a little thanks to @Intelligent_zombie. My favorites are Spike and Hornsby; I also like Tank.
I really love Spike’s design and he reminds me of my friend @Hobowire, who used to always have him in his avatar . I didn’t have a strong opinion of him before seeing Hobowire on the forums. I might actually eventually replace Roscoe with him since I don’t like cranky’s singing voice.
I like Hornsby since I think he is so cute and his color is really nice .
merengue is the only rhino i would want to have in my town. i don't love the rhino model, idk i am not a huge fan of many of the larger villagers. maybe that's just because a lot of them are ugly though, idk
i'm so biased when it comes to this, because i absolutely love spike's appearance and personality, even though i've never had the pleasure of having him on my island. i have had tank, and i still do - he was one of my first villagers when i started my island, and he seems extremely content to stay so far.
It was between Merengue and Hornsby for me! I voted for Merengue because I have her in my New Leaf town. I love having Merengue & Tia at the same time, I think they compliment each other so nicely! All my favourite villagers are normal or lazy I swear
