Post Merging?

In the photo below there are two completely different posts on my thread. Is there any way to get rid of the post merge or is it stuck like that? I tried deleting the post merge text but it didn't help.

Post merge occurs when you post consecutively in 30 mins, as you should be editing instead.

Although what Heyden says is true, don't be afraid to post merge out of laziness! The only thing with that is someone may have submitted a post just before you attempt to post merge, but it's rare.
