Potential Special Animal Crossing Themed Switch System / Joy-Cons Discussion

If Nintendo DOESN'T do an ACNH themed Switch, their loss.

In all honeslty, I really want them to do one, or at the very least, a bundle for ACNH. Even if it is in the same poptart style (which I actually doubt they will do, I think if they will make a new design, somethin with a sunset or palm trees and an airplane) I would still love it.

I hope so- I don't own a Switch yet! Can you imagine a joycon shaped like a leaf? So much cuteness they could do

Now that there's a financial report out that they've lost $1B in investors because of delaying New Horizons, yeah, I think they're gonna need a new themed switch to make up for it.

would you buy a new switch/joycons if they came out with acnh themed ones?

i assume that nintendo would come out with new joy cons, or maybe even a custom animal crossing new horizons switch with it pre-installed. many of us already have a switch, so would you buy a new switch or just the custom joycons ?? i'd for sure buy joy cons but i don't have money for a whole new switch lol...

Depends on the design, but if they release the New Switch in an ACNH style, I will for sure pick it up.

Yup. I've already set aside money for it if/when it happens. If it doesn't, I've got the money set aside to treat myself to custom joycons I've had my eye on for a while now.

However! If they look like the exclusive 3DS XL Animal Crossing Limited Edition kind, then i'd consider.

i'd just buy the joycons, but if the design of the switch itself looks really good, then i may consider buying a new console

Nope, not gonna buy a new Switch console, but if they bring out some nice looking new Joy-Cons I would

I don't have a Switch yet so I may get a special one if there is one but I really don't care much about it..

Probably not, joycons are too expensive for what they are imo. Would maybe buy a pro controller if they make one.

Definitely not. No matter how good they might hypothetically look, I'm not really interested in investing in another Switch at this time. I don't even really feel comfortable with the price point of the Joy Cons when sold standalone. My standard grey version is enough. Though I would have liked the Splatoon 2 pink and green Joy Cons if it didn't involve purchasing that bundle.

All the special edition switches have looked really boring so far so I doubt animal crossing will stray from the gray, but I hope they make a bundle that comes with a carrying case.

I like my neon pink and yellow joycons, but if they came out with very cute AC ones I'd consider it! I'd also be tempted if they release a smaller version of the switch with an AC theme and an AC case.
