He's a villager that isn't a favourite but I'd definitely love to have in my town for a while~ (hopefully I can get his pick but god I haven't gotten anyone's yet!)

Ah! I actually have a trick to getting villager pictures. Whenever they ask for bug/fish/fruit, I always get them the best I can. (Like a rare fish, or a perfect fruit)

I always save before I give it to them. Then, if they don't give me their picture in return I reset until they do! Sometimes, they won't always give me their picture. If I don't get it within 10-15 tries I usually give up, since I don't think they have high enough friendship with me yet.
