Preorders For The Game Are Out Now! Your Thoughts?

There isn't specific time frame. As I said, they put Kingdom Hearts 3 pre-orders up on Amazon shortly after the game was announced three years ago. If a game is announced, it can be pre-ordered as long as retailers allow it. Whether the game comes out in 9 months or 9 years. Sometimes retailers don't even need an announcement and just go gung-ho and post listings for non-existent just for the heck of it.

We can't really gaugue when Animal Crossing Switch will launch based on pre-orders as Nintendo has showed literally nothing from the game. Maybe we'll know more come January, but as of now, everything is up in the air.

Yes, but that's one game. I know every game is different. I know they can put up a preorder without a clear release date. Some games never get released, which is part of the reason why I don't preorder. But is there any kind of common time frame for the majority of games? I don't really care too much, I just thought I'd ask in case anybody has noticed a pattern with the majority of games. I know it's a stupid question though and I'm kind of regretting saying anything, lol.

I do agree with you and feel like the game would be released toward the end of the year though because of the lack of information they've given us so far. I just feel like they feel pressured now to get it out sometime in 2019 because of the high demand.
