Friends, I do not bring you this news lightly. It does weigh on me. But I feel it my solemn duty to inform the public that the villager you have been anticipating and expecting to reset for has a design flaw you may not be aware of.

Yes, my esteemed colleagues, I regret to inform you that Reneigh is going bald.

If you're like me, the only horses you really paid attention to before now are Colton and Julian, whose manes look like, well, normal horse manes:

If you've ever seen a single horse in your entire life, you know that the fringe at their face is really part of their mane, so they do 'join up' without a gap. But for the uninitiated (and Nintendo I guess), this is what horses look like:

However, as I was shocked to find out after careful and intense study of the subject, every single female horse has a bald spot:

Whyyyy would they design horses with female pattern balding? Nobody asked for this.

Nintendo, have mercy and slide some rogaine over to Reneigh or else it's back to the only good Uchis being Cherry, Mira, Muffy, Pashmina, and Phoebe.

It could be cool, but the style is to shave the side of your head and leave the rest of the hair (that way you can cover it if needed), like this:

Flowers are non-fictional, they're just in a fictional game. But OK. I also made that thread with the point being of it becoming a group effort in creating a reliable 'guide'.

I just felt that creating a thread on the stylistic hairstyle/manestyle(?) of a fictional anthropomorphic female horse felt a bit unnecessary.

Just as flowers are important to you, character design is important to jiojiop. Plus I’ve seen plenty of your posts when you be posting pics of KK’s shoulder getting excited which is an in game fictional character, my dude.

so actually if you look at the horse species as a whole, most of them have that "bald spot." not just female horses

Ed, Clyde, Elmer, Buck. its literally just Colton and Julian who don't. And even then, it looks more like the color of their skin is this "hair" rather than it being hair itself, but thats debatable i guess. My point is their head is the same size as the other horses, and it isn't that there is something on top of their head like hair.

Even then, I would be more concerned with Julian and Colton's hirsutism than anything else, because that can be a sign of genetic conditions that may have other ailments associated with it. But also Julian and Colton were added in New Leaf and it is a current trend for men to grow their hair longer than usual, so maybe it was just commentary on that.

it conclusion, judging by most horses (male or female) have no hair there, I would probably say its normal for the horse species in animal crossing to have that hair pattern. So its no cause for alarm and reneigh is fine, but that colton and julian are the anomalies
