You may not bump a thread within two hours of your latest post. In addition, please take note of the time and date of the original post, older threads may contain outdated information, and the villager up for grabs may not be available anymore.

I have a quick question about this... It may seem silly, but I would like to know.
Does this mean that you cannot post two times in a row in your thread with two hours OR you are not allowed to post two times in a row in your thread if the second post is just a spammed "bump" post?

I ask this because I run a cycle thread... And I am cycling out of two towns.
I will make a post saying "so-n-so has move date/in boxes" and add it to the title and what not...
I will then stop playing that town and start the other ((since at a dead end in that town til I get a response XP)) and I get another "so-n-so has move date/in boxes" in the second town... but it has only been an half hour or an hour since I posted the last time.

Would it be considered breaking the rule if I post again about this new villager in the boxes even though it has not been two hours since my last post ((without anyone else posting btw)) OR is it acceptable because it is a justified post and not just a spam bump post?

Just in case I never posted twice in a row in the thread until a minimum of two hours have passed.

No you would not be breaking the rules. This refers to people posting "bump" or anything that is just to bump their thread to the top.

Not a mod here, but generally if it contributes something to the thread, it isn't considered bumping unless it's more than a month old.
