Although I do not feel ready to create a group (I've been here for only one week, I don't have enough TBT Bells, I haven't socialized with the others etc), why are people unable to start groups at this minute. It said that it's sold out. Has group creation been disabled? I plan on starting one when I get enough Bells.

There's a limit so eveyone and his mother won't make a group. Just keep your eyes out. I'm sure they'll restock some soon enough :)

Okay, thank you. I'm thinking about starting one in two months. I just need more experience.

Hardly! I started a group months ago, and it only took me 5 minutes to set up. To be honest, vB groups aren't the best of groups to talk about things (threads are much better) , but they are something to show that you're a part of a specific community. Don't worry about needing experience though! They're easy to maintain.

When I said that I need more experience, I needed to be more popular. I've been here for only one week. I don't want to access privileged content as a noob (someone who isn't a member for at least one month).

Well making a group is certainly a good way to meet some new people and gain popularity on TBT :)
