i love how in the beginning of the game it lets you explore your new island first before naming it. every other ac game forced you to name your town traveling there before you even saw it.
I have had better luck with wrapped stacks of fruits and veggies. I usually give stacks of at least 6 . 10 if it’s native fruit. All my villagers are tight *bleeps*, had this island since january and NONE of my villagers have gifted me their picture lol. Do my wrapped up assessed fossils mean nothing to you?!?!? lol.
Thank you will give that a try .I have had better luck with wrapped stacks of fruits and veggies. I usually give stacks of at least 6 . 10 if it’s native fruit.
Your welcome, hope you get some photos soon. If you have Katrina on Harv’s island you can check your friendship level to see how close you are to getting a photo.Thank you will give that a try .
Yea I find it weird Nook can call the villagers when we want to move their house but we can’t call or text them. This thought just occurred to me. We have phones in this game, right? So why the heck do we need to go all over the island to find someone? Just. Call. Them. Good grief Nintendo.
I wouldn't necessarily say stuck in the past, but more so they never tapped into its true potential. They just did enough to make a profit. They got lucky since the pandemic helped the sales. Had it never happened, the game wouldn't have sold as well with the way they handled the dripfeed and so forth.3 years later and the game still hasn't really changed much. Even after the 2.0 update it still feels like its stuck in the past.
Heck some of the DIY uses up the 5 item limit. To make a literal book stack I needed 5 books. I also needed 5 books to make a bookshelf. And I had to make a bunch of all of them for this one idea I had. I time-traveled of course, but it was so unnecessarily complicated.Cataloguing stuff is a pain, especially with furniture items that have multiple variants (like table and cloth). At least I'll have some use for my Bells, which I have too much of.
