I get the feeling that they've misunderstood what the op meant by 'reorder'.

Not sure, and I don't care how as long as I can rearrange my Japanese collectibles hehe. It really bugs me that they're in the wrong order, but at least I have them.Yes

It means re-organizing the collectables in a certain order, like how the Japanese letters are out of order and mixed up unless you bought them all in the order it should be to spell out animal crossing

You can change the order of your collectibles when you look at your inventory. You just have to unactive them all and thene activate them one at a time in the order you want.
