(not mad, but they'll definitely be more distant from each other than they were before. Sai's #1 fear is losing people that cares about, b/c she never had a real family. AND Orion's dead. She'll act differently than before, but I think it's for the best. I'm imagining her as more violent and offensive during battling rather than her past self. She'll also probably have an obsession with looking at stars idk really.)

I open my mouth to reply back but instead I run quickly away back into the city, and away from Helix

I stand there and watch her run. I think I screwed up again.

I slowly climb up the first mountain. It's not too steep so I can walk normally for now. Once I'm high enough, I look back over at the city and see a lot of the buildings on fire along with several 9 foot tall monsters. I hope the others will be okay... I turn my head and go back to climbing.

"That's harsh." I scold Ethan. "But yeah, I will go."

The mountain steadily grows steeper as I have to hang on more carefully. After 10 minutes of climbing, I find a little cave. Feeling a bit winded, I stop to catch my breath. From here, I can see all of the city and even past the ocean. Wow, what a sight... Before I know it, I lie down and rest my eyes. Within seconds, I'm fast asleep...

"Let's go then!" I say. As I step out, I find half the city on fire. "F**k," I mutter. "Knife, knife, dang it, where'd I put my knife! Give me a sec." I walk back in and I get 5 knives that were lying in drawers. "K, I'm back, here we go."
