She could see the tinge of sadness on his face, and shoved him a little. "Cheer up!" She smiled. "Let's go check on Kaida." She was a little nervous that she'd see Kaida cutting again.
Kaida began to laugh, while still drinking. "What a lovely little mess I've made." Kaida was referring to the shattered glass and her cut hand. Max started to back away, This isn't the real her..
She could see Kaida from far away, laughing to herself. "Er, is she alright?" She asked Satoshi. "She doesn't seem... stable. Why is she like this?" She increased her walking speed.
She pressed her lips tightly together. "Why was she drinking in the first place?" She was much closer now, and could see Max. He looked worried, if dogs could look like that.
Kaida began to cry again, but she was still grinning. "Max I'm tired of this, I really am." Kaida grabbed the bottle with her other hand and smashed it out of frustration, cutting her other hand. "Looks like both hands are red now." Kaida laughed again. The pain didn't get to her though.
Kaida moved her bloody hand over to her bag and searched for her gun. Kaida pulled it out."Goodbye cruel world." Kaida sighed to herself, still laughing a bit. Kaida stuck the gun in her mouth.
"Kaida!" He cried out, as he ran to her and slapped the gun out of her hands, sending it sprawling across the cement. He held both her hands back, in an attempt to stop her.
"Ayyy babe, what was that for?" Kaida laughed. You could tell she was drunk. The blood on Kaida's hands ran down her arms slowly. Kaida looked up at the sky.
"What don't you get?" He asked, his voice had a pinch of anger in it. "If I love you like a sister, I would love for you to stay alive! You don't even know how much you dying would hurt me!"
"But honey, I want to die. I really want it." Kaida looked into his eyes. Then at the shattered glass and her bloody hands, "Well, well, what a lovely mess I've made." Kaida grinned.
