It's not glitched. Not sure if someone already mentioned it (haven't gotten to the end of the current posts), but any thread over 30 days old, you can no longer change the title. Your two options -- start a brand new thread (you can post a link for the new one in the original thread before you close the thread so people and can redirected) or contact a mod every time you want to update the title.

No it was glitched .. It had changed whenever I tried to edit it.. But it refused to change publicly on the Trading Plaza.. I managed to fix it

Ah, okay. Well, you can keep the info for future reference since you will run into that issue at some point, (which is why Willow made a new cycling thread) unless they change it so people who run cycling threads won't have to keep on remaking new threads.
