OKAY GUYS I've decided how Merengue's gonna work.. I'm currently cycling on this town to get Jeremiah out for Ida. IF Merengue is going before Jeremiah does, she will be given away, however, if she does not.. I will personally reserve her and stop cycling in this town until my main town cycling is done, so I may keep her as a 10th villager in my main town

Yes .. If Jeremiah moves first, I'm afraid I'll be reserving her for myself.. She's one of my options for a tenth villager .. And frankly I don't have much chance trying to get her otherwise D:
