I hate to admit but everyone has made Marshal a toy instead of a villager.
Even before the game's release, he was my favorite villager. When I got him I was really happy, I love him so much.
But now, he's just a prize rather than a villager.
It's either typing at the speed of light to get him in a giveaway or paying your life savings by the millions to get him. It's just not right.
He is just a cute squirrel.
But 99.9% of TBT would snag him if they had the chance. I'd like him too, but to have as a villager, not a prize. Everyone ruined his good name and character.

I don't like Marshal very much, and wouldn't take him into my town by choice.. I'd hold him for a friend or something, but I wouldn't snag him to sell on

Some people just don't know the true value of some villagers sometimes.
Like for example, if they're a giveaway for Elmer, 98% of people would ignore it.
Also, the Alice giveaway. She's a sweetheart with no one to claim her. She will be voided and forever forgotten.
If there was a giveaway for Marshal, it would have 5 pages in the first 10 minutes.
Things just aren't right.
